This is the special ops captain costume. Yoruichi was the captain before Soi Fon, so yes, it is the same costume except Yoruichi doesn't have a yellow belt.

I have been looking for Yoruichi special ops Ctp. costume for a little while. I had cut my hair to about that length so I thought i'd make a Cpt. Yoruichi Cosplay but I needed an example so I could know If I'd screwed up or not
