the foam is at least a inch thick so I'm not sure that will work I was thinking of putting a sturing stick from my paint can in the center of it and the handle I was going to make the handle out of foam as well

with mine I'm making the blades out of pink foam board and I'm trying to figure away of putting the wood on do you any advice

with foam you would need to place it bewteen two sheets after you cut out a crevace to fit it in.

well I'm guling the pieces together with gorila gule and it seems to be holding strong I was going to go over the blade with a glue and cover it with consturtion paper to spport it better
